Besides being a well-known fast-food restaurant, the stock of Wendy’s International is also popular among small and large investors alike. This popularity required a dedicated Web resource for Wendy’s investors and financial audience distinct from its product-oriented home page.
I designed and built an information-rich yet friendly site that reinforced Wendy’s positive brand image. This site was a valuable resource and served as a vital link for crisis communications, including the death of Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas.
In 2004 IR Web Report magazine ranked the site #7 out of 200 investor Web sites.
